About Pathway Community

The Mirae Foundation and NetKAL are excited to present a new way for Korean American college students and recent graduates to find and connect with mentors from various professions. Whether you are interested in becoming an artist, attorney, teacher, or nonprofit professional, we want to provide you with mentors who have a commitment towards helping the next generation in their career paths and professional development.

We are at the initial stages of this program, so please feel free to give us your feedback and new ideas. Sign up and connect now!

After signing up, you will receive an email notification from the mentor that you are matched with based on your preferences. After being matched, you may connect with your mentor via email, phone or in person as discussed with your mentor.

After signing up, you may submit questions relating to career, academics etc. and a mentor or mentors will address the question. One or more mentors will answer your question. The answer will be sent to your inbox, and published in the Q&A section.

The Mirae Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit foundation founded in 1991. The Foundation focuses on developing leaders in the Korean American community through various initiatives such as the annual Korean American Students Conference (KASCON) and the Pathway Program, a mentorship program for Korean Americans.

In association with the Center for Asian-Pacific Leadership at the USC School of Social Work, the Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) Fellowship Program promotes community leadership among successful second generation Korean-Americans. With the assistance of some of USC's leading educators, the NetKAL program provides fellows the networks and resources to communicate effectively, build coalitions and lead transformation at all levels of American society.
